3 – Double Color Printing line with in line coater – Crabtree Marquess

1 – Single Color Printing line – Crabtree Marquess

The process includes burning the design into metal plates – one for each color primarily Cyan, magenta, Yellow, and Black.
The design is transmitted into rubber rolls which are filled with colors and leaving their impression on tin plates. Tin plates go through all of the rolls layering on the colors to get the final image.
